Jennifer Lopez, our favourite Latina is back on our television screens. But as a judge on American Idol? Really?

I love J-Lo. We love J-Lo. Acting? YES. Dancing? YES. Singing...? She is very pretty that's for sure. The responsibility to be a judge on America's biggest talent show is obscenely huge. Why the Latina was picked, we will never know. Probably to do with more of her record sales and her entertaining buttocks. We sure well know its not for her singing.

Nevertheless, She has decided to team up with rapper, Pitbull and bring you a very auto-tuned track, 'On The Floor'. By the looks of this video, we can clearly see that there was a lot of throwing around the big dollars. From a fancy BMW to Swarovski Crystals to Crown Royal. After her very embarrassing  moment on the American Music Awards, this was a very good way to come back.

The Undisclosed Gay MC!

I don't know if you heard this but lately I've been getting calls from people asking if Ive heard of an MC that's an undercover homosexual. Now, I was just as shocked as you guys are right now. A gay grime MC? Really? Then I sat back with a bunch of friends(male and female) an discussed this situation. Some were adamant that that could not happen in this underground scene. But is that a true statement?

Understandably it is very difficult for an urban grime artist to come out and say he/she is an open homosexual but that don't mean he/she is not doing anything on the sly. And who knows who their 'doing it' with? How do we know it isn't another MC they hang around with? How many MC's do we know that hang around in pairs? It could be anyone. I myself am very interested to find out who it is. Not because I'm going to blog about it(which I will) but just to see how they and the audience deal with it.

Jessie J Got Stoned!

We all know Jessie J to be a wild and eccentric female artist(or what she portrays to be). So are we surprised that the 'Do It Like A Dude' singer got high while on tour in Amsterdam with Chris Brown?

The singer claims that she ate a 'whole hash cake' in Holland and didn't realise it had Cannabis in it. The Essex girl suffers from an irregular heart beat. Eating the 'WHOLE CAKE' she had to go to hospital after she reacted badly(its called getting high hun).

You cannot just pop into a cafe in Amsterdam, purchase what you think is 'JUST' an ordinary, run of the mill cake and expect everything to be all great. We all know very well what Amsterdam is known and famous for.

Jessie J claiming she didn't know what was in the cake? OK babe, if you say so.

Lady Gaga - Michael Jackson Inspired?

'Dont be a drag just be a queen'. Just when we thought that she couldn't come up with anything that would shock us, she took it to another level. 

'Born This Way', Lady Gaga's new video is the most talked about video as of yet. From being carried in an egg on the red carpet at the 53rd Grammy Awards to giving birth to evil. Has she lost the plot? Or is this just creativity at its best? 

There is no doubt that Lady Gaga will be remembered forever. Whether for the good or bad, were just going to have to wait and see. But she has brought back something that no one has done since Michael Jackson(RIP) was at his peak in his career. MJ did many things that left us gobsmacked during his time in the music industry. Has Gaga taken taken it too far or is she just the future female icon? What ever she maybe, she is making her mark.

'Born This Way' has lyrics that are inspiring. Such as "There's nothin' wrong with lovin' who you are" and "I'm beautiful in my way, Cause God makes no mistakes...". But is it acceptable to use the word God and have a video that, some may say has a relevance to 'The Illuminati?'

Selah - Can She Bring It?

Superstar Selah, who is she?  A question, maybe, many of you are asking. You may not recognise her but you sure have heard her big voice before.

2010, we all heard a track on 1Xtra called 'Woman's World' featuring Sadie Ama and Mz Bratt and it had a beautiful video to go with it. This song was the beginning of a journey that would take the star many places.

'I Want You Out My House' is a soulful-funky track featuring Donaeo. Who would of thought that this little bodied girl can sing the way she does. Strong vocals with soothing ad libs make you fall in love with her. She's a dark horse.

The video now, Donaeo could of at least got a shape up or some change of clothes. I can actually smell him through my computer screen. How hard is it to fund yourself a hair cut and a shave? I do think that Selah could be abit more fierce. The shy, timid personality is a cute thing but not for this industry. There are other female artists that cannot sing as good as Selah but have more of the entertainment factor, but that could be down to her team. Can she bring it?

I believe this artists has got what it takes to make it big. If you don't believe me then check out her 'A64 On SB.TV'. I really like her voice. That acoustic set she did is just amazing. Hopefully we will get to see more of that from her as the funky stuff does not showcase her vocal ability as much.
