Kanye West - All Of The Lights (Video)!

If I weren't epileptic before then I am now, thanks to Kanye West.

The video to 'All Of The Lights' is finally here. Bright colours, flashing lights and everything else you expect from a typical Kanye video. The song features Rihanna and Kid Cudi.

Do we expect anything different from the egotistical artist?

Rihanna's World - NBA All-Star Performance!

2010 was a major year for the Barbadian born singer, Rihanna. 2011 kicked off even greater. With her performances at The Brit Awards, The AMA's and now the NBA All Star Game.

The halftime entertainment was something to be amazed by. A full orchestra doing a set to her smash hit number 1 'Umbrella' ft Jay-Z, followed by 'Only Girl (In The World)' and 'Rude Boy'. It didn't end there. She then went into her current single 'Oh Na Na (Whats My Name)' with a special guest appearance by Drake. She could of just left it there, but Rihanna wanted to give more, and she did. Featured on Kanye West's 'All Of The Lights', she performed it on stage with the man himself. An overall show that was done beautifully.

Mz Bratt - Pretty But You Can't Get Dark!

Me and Mz Bratt have this 'Love-Hate' relationship. I love her looks but hate her Mc'ing. Its a sad situation but this is life. We have to deal with it. I have to deal with it.

So, when I first heard 'Get Dark', to my surprise, I was like 'OK, I like this'. Then I realised why I liked it so much. It was produced by Mikey J. The same producer that did nearly the whole of Kano's 'Home Sweet Home' album, and we know that album was a success.

When I saw Mz Bratt perform 'Get Dark' at ILuvLive in November, it was horrific. I strictly remember, she was headlining. As soon as Ed Sheeran did his set and she went up, every body walked out. And again, its a sad situation but this is life. From what I see, the 'pretty lil' lighty' has not got much respect from the 'Urban Grime Scene'. Do they rate her as a rapper? Has she done enough to be appreciated and respected for her grind? These are questions that need answers and I simply cannot provide them.

Getting back to 'Get Dark', it was my ring tone for quite some time. And it hurt my soul to know that I liked a song from an artist who I thought cannot rap nor Mc. But I kept telling myself 'its OK coz it was produced by Mikey J'. It grew on me hard (no pun intended). The word about a video was spreading like wild fire. This got me excited. Could this be the moment that Bratt would get me hooked? Will she redeem herself from all the rubbish she had previously done? I literally thought I was going to faint.

The video came out... To my non-surprised face, I was yet let down again by this human. Why are you doing a photo shoot themed video when the track is quite dark? Did you not learn from the 'I Like You' video? That was a shambles. I expected this to be very dark, angry yet artistic. Yes Bratt looks mighty stunning. This is the look she should have been doing from the start but looks can only get you so far. There is no more to say about this. Bratt has officially lost any sort of 'likeness' I had for her. She better run, run, run like she's got the lurgies'.

Britney Spears - Hold It Against Me (Official Video)

I mean, its here now. Why am I let down? I feel like I've been ripped off. I actually cannot even comment but here you go. Britney Spears' new video.

Beyonce's Ex....

Ever wondered how Beyonce became such a huge entertainer? Thought to yourself 'I knew she could sing but when did she start moving like that?'...

Ladies and gentleman, meet Beyonce's ex choreographer, Jonte. The man who taught her everything she knows, including how to move like a sexy woman. Choreographer, Dancer, Stylist and Singer. There isn't anything this 'dude' cant do. 'Ya Rude' is just one of his many music video's. You've seen him in the beginning of Beyonce's 'Freakum Dress' video.

Justin Beiber ft Raekwon and Kanye West - Runaway Love!

How many chart topping hits has he got already? The most loved young male artist, Justin Beiber not only has a movie out this week but now has a brand new song ft Kanye West and Raekwon. Will this kid ever stop? Who knows.

Cee Lo Green - Bodies (Official Video)

An amazing performance at the The Grammy's, winner of International Male Solo Artist at this years Brit Awards, Cee-Lo Green has released another new video entitled 'Bodies'. With special appearances from Kerry Washington and Janelle Monae. 'Bodies' is from his third album The Lady Killer.

Trey Songz - Look At Me Now (Trigga Mix)

Will Trey Songz ever stop doing covers? I'm not so sure he can do that.

I think its about time he just did his own material. His got enough money, material and everything else. Doing a Trigga Remix to Chris Brown's 'Look At Me Now' isn't gonna make him any bigger than what he is.

You decide on whether its good or not.

Starz ft J Stories - BattleField (CHAMPION RMX)!

Chipmunk and Chris Brown step aside. Welcome the new generation they call Starz and J-Stories.

Better than the original, 'Champion'. 'Battlefield' shows that you don't need big directors and fancy clothes. Without all the hype of a BIG name, this song still gets the message out.

Check out Starz ft J-Stories 'Battlefield'.

Wiley - Racist Or Opinionated?

Drama, controversial, rude and trouble-maker Wiley has leaked his track 'Tweet Back'.

Why is it coming across as if his defending himself? Wiley is always in 'twitter-beef' with everyone. Professor Green, Lady Ny, Chipmunk, Tinchy Stryder were all on his radar. Recently, its been R&B vocalist, Jay Sean. Not only did he attack him on his 'grind' but Wiley took it a step further and mentioned his race (Indians).

Will Wiley ever stay hush and do what he loves, his music? Or will he forever have something to say about music/artists? (Hmmmm sounds like someone I know).

Listen to 'Tweet Back' and let me know your views.

N-Dubz - Are They Falling?

N-Dubz, the most talked about trio in the music scene. Young, talented and always stay true to who they are. Has that changed now?

'Morning Star' is their new and very dance-like song. Is it what I expected them to release? No. Do I like N-Dubz for being REAL and 'Grime-y'? Yes. Am I disappointed by this song? Of course. Are they still going to do well in the charts? Definitely.

Wheres the Mc'ing? Dappy's voice might be annoying to some, but the fella is different. When I think of the trio, I think Grime-Pop. Which is what I like about them. They are not afraid of flipping and changing their music and breaking their boundaries. But 'Morning Star' is not a territory they should of touched.

Talking is what Fazer and Dappy are doing. Sounding like a drunk Aggro Santo's isn't a good look for them. I'm very glad Tulisa has a lot more to do on this track than she normally has but lets be honest, she's repeating the same line's in the song.

Lets hope this is a side they will stay way clear off. I am an unhappy man but I'll get over it.
For all you N-Dublets out there, 'Morning Star' will be released on 14th March 2011.

Willow Smith's Taking Over!

Any spawn of Will Smith or Jada Pinkett is a walking, talented being. After Jaden's movie debuts and taking his fathers steps as a rapper to feature on Justin Beiber's Never Say Never, for the movie 'Karete Kid'. Was there any surprise that his little sister Willow, was going to be in the industry too?

Signed to Roc Nation, this little girl has already been the talk of the town. 'Whip My Hair', her first single, had every one's mouth wide open. So far being called 'the young Rihanna', the youngest soloist in history to ever have a Top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100. Not bad for a 10 year old.
It doesn't stop there. Willow is set to play the main role in hit musical Annie. Movie heavyweight Will Smith - is 'exploring with Sony the potential' for the film, according to industry magazine, Variety. It just doesn't stop there. Jay-Z also has a say in this. Will Smith and rapper Jay-Z have collaborated before, co-producing the Broadway Fela!, which went on to win three Tony Awards. The pair are looking to repeat their success with the musical theatre genre, remaking 1982's 'Annie', a film based on the 1977 musical of the same name. The film, which marks the first feature film collaboration between the two, is being imagined as a star vehicle for Smith's 10-year-old daughter, Willow. Jay-Z has already invested in Willow's musical career; his record label Roc Nation produced her certified platinum single, "Whip My Hair."

Alexis Jordan VS Rita Ora!

There is no doubt that Roc Nation are always looking for fresh new talent to scoop up and sign. So when we heard that the beautiful Rita Ora and Alexis Jordan signed their life away, it was no surprise.

Who is Rita Ora though?

Born in Kosovo but moved to London with her parents and younger brother, Rita attended school and graduated at St Charles Sixth Form. She began acting and singing from a very young age and at the age of 14 she started taking it seriously. You're probably thinking 'Ive never heard or seen this chick'. And you're probably right. But, she did work with Craig David on 2 songs. Where's Your Love ft herself and Tinchy Stryder and Awkward with Craig and just her. (Very awkward as I myself have no recollection of these tracks whatsoever). After those 'Awkward' moments, she supposedly signed the deal with Roc Nation in 2008. I know your now thinking '08, 09, 2010 and now 2011, 'What was she doing all this time Capri?'. Well don't you stress your little brains. Rita Ora has been doing some bit of work I guess. OK, she features in Drake's Over. So she hasn't just been signed and doing nothing for years. Oh wait, she did an advert for Skullcandy Roc Nation Aviators Presents: Rita Ora.

Who is Alexis Jordan?

Alexis Jordan is an American singer-songwriter and actress from South Carolina, who rose to fame as a contestant on the first season of America's Got Talent in 06. When she didn't get far in the show, she started uploading video's of her singing covers on YouTube. Which got millions of views. The exposure let Jordan to the attention of production team Stargate and rapper Jay-Z, who both went on to sign her to their label, StarRoc/Roc Nation. Her debut single Happiness was released September 7th, 2010. It did very well in the US charts and reached top 5 in the UK. In fact, it did so well that it was certified platinum. Her new single 'Good Girl' will be available in all stores and download on February 20th, 2010. Not only can Alexis sing very well, she can also do a full out dance choreography, which is very clear in her new video.

Lets all remember that being signed doesn't mean your going to release something straight away. But then again, who knows what Jay-Z has planned for Rita Ora. All we can see is that Alexis Jordan is slowly but surely taking over the charts. Hopefully we will see Rita Ora's music very soon. Good luck to both women.

Go Home Britney!

There has been rumours that Britney Spears is meant to have a come back yet again after her sixth album 'Circus' didn't do as well as it was hoped for.

Everybody knows, the artist has been going through a lot, from a marriage break-up, kids custody and the shaving of her hair bald.

Can we deal with another let down? Get us so excited and just burst us? Can we, as Britney Fans (yes that includes me, WHAT?), still have faith in her like we did when she had epic albums such as 'In The Zone', 'Blackout', 'Circus' and even the crap one 'Womanizer' wasn't bad.

Well the pop star has announced the title of her seventh studio set via Twitter and posted the cover art, which, much like the artwork for her "Hold It Against Me Single," is a sexy closeup shot of Spears against a neutral background.

The album is set for release on March 15. Its first single, "Hold It Against Me" reached No. 1 on the Billboard's Hot 100 chart last month but quickly tumbled down the chart.
"I've poured my heart and soul into this album over the last 2 years," Spears tweeted of "Femme Fatale." "I've put everything I have into it. This album is for you, my fans, who have always supported me and have stuck by me every step of the way! I love you all!"

Could she be as good as before? Here's her in the 'Slave 4 U' video.

Alesha Dixon - Illuminati Or Not?

Alesha Dixon, ex female girl band member of Misteeq. Went solo after the group split in 2005, has been trying on numerous occasion to break the charts with her weak, catchy pop-songs. Has this stunner really got what it takes to be a musical artist?

At one point, Dixon was compared to the biggest female entertainer of our time, Beyonce. Whom ever thought to make such a comparison has to of been; 1. Obscenely intoxicated. 2. Very much high on some illegal substances. or 3. Been sleeping with the 'artist' (if she can be called that).

As we all know, Alesha Dixon was never considered as the strong vocalist in Misteeq (better than the one with the Barry White voice for sure). She was well praised for her 'lyrical flow' or MC'ing as its known for. That, as an audience, is what we loved her for. So why didn't she do a solo project heading in that direction?

Lets start from the beginning of her solo-journey: After splitting with the band, she signed a deal with label, Polydor Records. Dixon began recording her debut solo album, 'Fired Up' in 2006, but due to poor record sales of her first two singles, 'Lipstick' and 'Knockdown', she was dropped from Polydor.

In 2007 Dixon became a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing and eventually won. Her television exposure led to a successful comeback, which included her signing to Asylum Records, an offshoot of Warner Music Group. Dixon then released a second album, entitled 'The Alesha Show' in 2008, which received platinum certification from BPI in the UK. (Still reading right?)

In September 2009 Dixon became a judge on the seventh series of Strictly Come Dancing, replacing fellow judge Arlene Phillips. The replacement of Phillips by Dixon attracted criticism, as some questioned the extent of Dixon's dancing knowledge. Dixon herself dismissed the criticism, describing it as a "storm in a teacup", and refused to stand down as judge. In 2010 Dixon returned for the eighth series of Strictly Come Dancing and released her third studio album, 'The Entertainer'.

Lets all be honest to each other. Alesha Dixon cannot sing to save any bodies life let alone her own. So I've come up with a conclusion. Alesha Dixon has sold her soul to the Devil in return she gets fame and fortune (but no number 1 hits). How else could this be explained? She cant be sleeping with boss's at the label because if her sex game was that good, Mc Harvey wouldn't of left her for horse mouth Javine Hylton.

She is a beautiful woman, there is no doubt about that. But bless her, she has no talent. She should of been a dancer. She has a very commercial look, body is shaped nice, pretty and also can dance.

Her third single entitled 'Every Little Part Of Me' from the album 'The Entertainer' (ironic that its called something she isn't), features Jay Sean. I like this song, its catchy and very chewy, chewy, gum, gum.

Good luck to her and her choices in life (hope she makes the right one's). If you're into Alesha Dixon, then make sure you go purchase her album which is on sale now.

ANUVAHOOD - The Movie!

Im glad someone has taken the initiative to take the ghetto, urban films and society, and turned it into a comedy. I laugh every day at this. So for there to be made a movie about it is great.

Kenneth (who likes to call himself Kay) begins to realise he's just another wannabe bad boy... even less than a loser in fact. After quitting his job at Laimsbury's, Kay vows to become a respected gangster... or cry trying. A pulls-no-punches, coming-of-age story, centering on one directionless hopeless "shotter", who finds his true worth in the face of urban adversity.

The film is out March 18th in all good cinemas.

Is Tinie Tempah A Fake?

When ever an urban artists get signed, why do they become very 'commercial'?

Chipmunk is a big example. Urban artist who got signed, became chewing gum pop, got upset that he weren't respected within the urban scene, supposedly walked out of his label and now his gone to do Hip-Hop.

Is Tinie Tempah heading the same route? Or is he actually doing what he really wanted to do from the beginning. 'Pass Out' and 'Frisky' who were both produced by Labrinth, are two singles that blew in the charts. 'Written In The Stars' is another track that's still very good but very much diluted compared to the other two. So are we surprised that 'Wonderman' is very cheesy?

The beat to 'Wonderman' is very nice but it isn't enough for it to have that underground feel to it when you have a well funded, unoriginal, boring video with the annoying voice of Ellie Golding.

Is there going to be an artist that wont sell themselves short? Understandably we all need to put food on the table. But as a consumer, I don't want to be shown one thing and then another the next.

We have Wretch32 to hopefully show these 'BOSS'S' that you don't need to change to have a hit.

'Wonderman' is on Tinie Tempah's album 'Disc-Overy'. Out now.

Capri A Fan Of Nicki Minaj?

Nicki this, Nicki that. Nicki every where... Are we not sick and tired of hearing and seeing Nicki Minaj every where? (I could actually be a lyricist. It rhymes)

The one time every man went to The Village in Westfield to purchase his 1st LV belt or Gucci scarf to see the Barbie at club Runway, she couldn't even get in. What a big shambles it was.

Minaj's performance at Oceana weren't anything to write home too either. All the hype that surrounds the big, pink fluff is just that, a big, pink fluff. POINTLESS. Her music has become a big, pink fluff too. Is she really taking this Barbie thing too far? After Nicki's appearance in Watford, she headed down to Runway and was told she could not get in due to a major brawl taking place.

She tweeted after her performance: "Had a blast @ oceana! Security issues r now preventing us from entering runway..."

I, however, was very upset for the people that paid obscene amount of money to get in the club to see her just sit at her table. Me being me, I took my concerns to twitter and tweeted many times how bad and ashamed I was for her fans. Little did I know that an 'Urban, Gossip & Lifestyle' website called 'TaleTela', were observing my tweets. This website has decided to take one of my many tweets, posted it up on their site and called me a 'FAN' (click link for article http://bit.ly/i29HvW ).

I'm very much distraught by this. But oh well, I guess someone is reading my tweets right?

Watch this video of The Lonely Island with a cameo by the Barbie herself.

The Lonely Island - Do The Creep ft Nicki Minaj.

JLS & Alexandra Burke Naked!

Who would of thought in a million years that JLS and Alexandra Burke would team up and create their own clothing line?

Pop singers Alexandra Burke and JLS stripped off to their bare essentials for this steamy new shoot. The stars, who became house hold names on the 2008 series of the X Factor, posed it up to promote their new joint clothing line 2KX, which launched last year.

Now, can you see yourself rocking down to The Sunday Show or iLuvLive in a similar boxer Aston rocks? Or can you ladies see yourself in the same bra that Alexandra Burke wears?

Rihanna - S&M - SNM (Say No More)

Can Rihanna get any better after 'Oh Na Na (Whats My Name)' and 'Only Girl'?

By the looks of her new single 'S&M' and its very bright and sexy video, there is no stopping for this Barbadian singer.
She looks absolutely sexy and very delicious might I add. It seems like after Rated R (released twice), which didn't really do as well as the artist may of hoped for, she decided to go from the dark and twisted side to a more cute, light hearted dance music. 'S&M' is a very catchy and upbeat song. Girls will feel sexy and guys, well...You know what guys are like...

What does 'S&M' stand for/or mean?:

Sadism is the sexual or social pleasure or gratification in the infliction of pain and suffering upon another person. The word is derived from the name of the Marquis de Sade, a prolific French philosopher-writer of sadistic novels, plays, and a unique philosophical discourse that championed the inception and reception of extreme pain as an art form that to him was both sublime and beautiful.

Masochism: the sexual pleasure or gratification of having pain or suffering inflicted upon the self, often consisting of sexual fantasies or urges for being beaten, humiliated, bound, tortured, or otherwise made to suffer, either as an enhancement to or a substitute for sexual pleasure.

'Loud' is Rihanna's 5th studio album which was released in 2010. and 'S&M' is the 4th official single from the album.

Make sure you keep a look out for her live concert from the 5th, 6th and 13th of October 2011 at the London o2.

Jessie J - Who Are You?

Essex girl, Jessie J, the most spoken about female artist has released a new single featuring rapper B.O.B. The song entitled 'Price Tag' speaks of a world where every thing is dominated by money. In a world where everything is measured by wealth, brand and looks, Jessie J has put the song out at the right time. Cute, pretty and an oh-so-squeaky clean video to go along with it. But is this really her? Or she another puppet? (Watch the video of 'Price Tag' at the bottom of the page)

'Do it Like A Dude' was her 1st single from the anticipated album 'Who You Are', and the video concept for that is very different to 'Price Tag'.

There is no doubt that this female artist can sing much better than 99.9% of the current singers out there. Male and female. Watching her YouTube video's, you realise that the UK has something they can be very much proud of. When Jessie J sings, she sings with passion and meaning. Something that music has lost ages ago. I personally am glad that she can bring that back. My fear is that 'Do It Like A Dude' was a very watered down song and did not expect it to be her very 1st single. The track, which was written by Jessie herself was for Rihanna so it obviously weren't going to be as soulful as any of Jessie's other songs like 'Mama Knows Best', 'Big White Room' and 'Technology'.

I hope that the label don't take something good and turn it into another pop act. Hopefully Jessie J being the strong minded artist she is, wont allow it.

'Who You Are' will be in stores March 28th.
